• Daily MEDITATION -SACRED MANTRA

    Would you love to meditate every day but have struggled to make it a habit? Or perhaps your regular practice has been put on hold by life’s demands?

    In our Daily Meditation Program we invite you to join us on a journey of dropping into stillness, each day for 7 days. We will be working with Guru Mantra Meditation, using the sacred silent vibrations of the Ancient Yogis as our support. Each day you will receive a short teaching to inspire your practice as well as a 10 minute meditation. 

    Whether you're starting fresh or reigniting your journey, this experience will help you feel supported and centered.
