In our Daily Meditation Program we invite you to join us on a journey of dropping into stillness, each day for 7 days. We will be working with Guru Mantra Meditation, using the sacred silent vibrations of the Ancient Yogis as our support. Each day you will receive a short teaching to inspire your practice as well as a 10 minute meditation.
Whether you're starting fresh or reigniting your journey, this experience will help you feel supported and centered.

Our hormones and flow over the course of a month and with this comes natural and normal shifts in mood and energy.In this program we invite you to work with the rhythm of your body and practice in a way that is supportive of your cyclical nature.
