Have you always desired to create a routine of daily meditation? Or perhaps you once had a consistent practice, but found eventually the demands of everyday life interfered with your commitment?

In our Daily Meditation Program we invite you to join us on a journey of dropping into stillness, each day for 7 days.

We will be working with Guru Mantra Meditation, using the sacred silent vibrations of the Ancient Yogis as our support. Each day you will find a short teaching to inspire your practice, as well as a 10 minute meditation.

Your Daily Practice

DAY 1 - Mantra as Anchor

In this practice, we explore mantra as an anchor for meditation, diving into how sound can deepen focus and stillness.

DAY 2 - Meanings of Mantras

In this practice, we explore the meanings of mantras and bija mantras, focusing on Om Namah Shivaya and Sat Chit Ananda. We then move into a mantra meditation, using this wisdom to deepen stillness and presence.

In this practice, we explore mantra meditation, refocusing whenever the mind wanders. This cycle of noticing, letting go, and returning is the core of meditation, helping us choose a new path.

DAY 3 - The 5 Step Process

In this practice, we explore balancing effort and ease in meditation, starting with a comfortable seat that supports both alertness and relaxation. We’ll cultivate this harmony in our Guru Mantra Meditation.

DAY 5 - The Nature of Thought

In this practice, we explore the mind’s nature to think—powerful, creative, and sometimes resistant to stillness. You’ll learn how to work with the natural flow of thoughts, using the mantra and the (potentially occasional!) meditative states to create a deeper connection with the mind.
