Day 4 of our Daily Meditation Program

In this practice, we explore the balance of effort and ease in meditation, beginning with finding a comfortable seat that supports both alertness and relaxation. Just as the body finds a balance between tension and softness, the mind must navigate between overexertion and passivity. Together, we’ll practice cultivating this harmony as we practice our Guru Mantra Meditation.
