Medicinal Yin for Spirit
Healing your body and organs through ancient Chinese wisdom, yin yoga, healing sounds and meditation.
Yin Yoga draws upon the principles of traditional Chinese medicine and Taoist philosophy to create a style of yoga that focuses on releasing blockages through meridian lines (energy channels) and how the meridian lines relate to the organs and balancing the flow of Qi (vital energy). In this course we focus on the organs and their related energy lines and use the practice to create balance and healing through massage, healing sounds and postures.
