Connect with the energy of the divine feminine as you explore the wisdom of three powerful goddesses in this yoga program.

Over the course of 3 weeks, you'll learn how the energy of each of these goddess manifests within you already, cultivating strength, grace, and wisdom along the way.

Week 1: Lakshmi

Your Daily Practice

Introduction:

20 min

Day 1: We recommend you start here on Day 1, with this 20 minute introduction to the Goddess Lakshmi.

Sian goes into the philosophy of the goddesses as understood through the Tantrik Yoga lens. She dives specifically into the Goddess Lakshmi, her story and mythology and how we can apply this energy in our own lives and bodies.

Goddess Lakshmi Sacred Mantra Meditation

Day 1-7: We recommend you do this as your daily practice. Working with Mantra and meditation was the traditional way to connect with the Goddesses.

Lakshmi is the goddess of abundance, beauty and gratitude, we welcome her energy into our bodies in this practice. Allow yourself the time to drop into the subtle through 'japa' mantra. As you repeat the mantra you might drop into a hypnotic state that more easily welcomes in the final meditation.
