21 Days of Love-Filled Practice

At The Light Collective, we encourage all our students to begin a daily spiritual practice, a Sadhana. When you commit to making space in your life for the sacred each and every day, the teachings begin to become embodied within you, and you feel the effect of your practice in your daily life.

We have created this 21-day Heart Sadhana for all of our members to be able to experience the beauty of a Sadhana and awaken the state of consciousness that exists at the heart space, Anahata Chakra.

We invite you to commit to this daily practice over the next 21 days, designed to open your heart, allowing you to drop into the unconditional love and compassion that is yours and yours only.

    This Slow Flow and Yin Yoga practice has been created to expand the loving potential of the heart centre.

  • Day 2 - Heart Centred Metta Meditation

    Unlock your heart's extraordinary potential by nurturing love for yourself, your loved ones, and all living beings through this practice.

  • Day 3 - Heart Chi

    30 mins
    Yin with Sian

    This practice we focus on the organs and their related energy lines and use the practice to create balance and healing through massage, healing sounds and postures.

  • Day 4 - Self Love Yoga

    Dedicated to self-love, this practice utilises breath and body to return us to our inner sanctuary. Let it inspire and comfort you as you emerge from your shell, ready to embrace the world with openness and authenticity.

  • Day 5 - Sacred Woman Breathwork & Kriya

    Breathe with Sian

    Through breathwork and kriya, Sian guides you in awakening your feminine essence, sensuality, and shakti, with a focus on sacral and heart opening practices to amplify your energy, while our Sacred Woman course offers a deeper dive into these techniques.

    A short gentle practice to connect with the gentleness of our hearts. We work to balance and shift through anything that might be causing us to live out of alignment with our hearts. Remembering that we are the divine love, that unconditional love is always inside us.

    A tantric and embodied practice of allowing energy to flow through the body and transmuting through the heart centre with the practice of flowering lotus Kriya.

    This practice has been created to awaken the heart and find balance in the body, mind and spirit - leaving you feeling centred with a clear mind.

  • Day 9 - Cultivating Gratitude & Positivity Yoga Nidra

    Meditate with Sian

    This practice we foster gratitude by focusing on positive thoughts and intentions, training our minds to appreciate life's blessings and cultivate a more positive mindset.

  • Day 10 - Held By Love

    15 mins
    Meditate with Sophie

    A slow meditative practice to drop into your body and feel yourself being held by love. Together we will work with gentle kriya and meditation to awaken your own loving nature.

  • Day 11 - Devotional Flow

    This practice is deeply devotional and we work with sacred Kriya practices to connect with this energy and attune ourselves to the purity and light of the universe.

    Cleanse and clear at the heart through this Soulful Flow with Nat. Feel held, supported and nurtured as you move gently, breathe deeply and come back to the heart.

  • Day 17 - Awaken Self Love Kriya & Mediation

    Kriya & Meditate with Rowena

    Prioritise your relationship with yourself over others; though overlooked at times, learning to love, nurture, and accept ourselves expands our capacity for loving and accepting others. This practice is tailored to foster self-love.

  • Day 18 - Heart Opening Flow

    A heat building and creative flow to reconnect you back into your heart. Focusing on opening at Anahata Chakra, this practice will build on the strength, resilience and power your heart has to carry you everyday.

    This slow flow and yin yoga practice has been created to expand the loving potential of the heart centre. In the ancient yogic traditions, the heart centre was a key focus for practice, linked inextricably to the mind.

  • Day 20 - Aham Prema Guru Mantra Meditation

    Ahama Prema means I Am Love. It is particularly powerful mantra in those moments when we are self sabotaging or feeling overly self critical. It connects us to the energy of self love and self compassion, encouraging loving states within.

  • Day 21 - Complete Heart Practice

    Flow, Breathe, Meditate with Sian & Sophie

    Awaken the heart space and drop into this experience of love and connection. Release through the physical heart space through Soulful Flow, shift your energy into the heart through pranayama and kriya before finishing with a meditation on the Mantra Aham Prema, I am love.
