I have to say, the thing I noticed most about the chakra cleanse, was the difference in my lungs, after completing the heart chakra session. For previous weeks before, my asthma was more inflamed then usual, and I was really struggling to breathe, doing both my serotide and ventolin more than usual. But I have to say after doing the heart chakra cleanse, I honestly can’t believe the shifts it made in my lungs. Since then I haven’t been wheezing and have had less difficulty breathing, which shows my difficulty breathing wasn’t linked to seasonal pollens but it was more on an emotional level.

Since beginning my practice with the Sleep Program, I have been falling into much deeper states of sleep and rest. I wake up the next morning feeling full and connected deeply back into my body.
