In this short yoga Nidra practice you will be guided by Sian Pascale in moving into a soft state of rest and nurturing. Connecting to you to your breath and the flow and the rhythm of your life. You can do this practice at any time of day, to create a gentle start to your mornings, to clear the work day in the afternoons, or in the evening to help drift you into sleep.
