Realign your body through this grounding set of postures and practices. This practice gives you an inside scoop into an abridged version of one of Sian's 200 hour teacher training classes. We work with traditional postures and flows, with a focus on getting your alignment right! The class is completed with a pranayama and meditation set.

ASANA
Vinyasa, Hatha, Integrative & Creative Sequencing

Vinyasa & Hatha: Become a fully qualified Hatha and Vinyasa Teacher. Learn posture breakdown, alignment, cues, physical adjustments and variations. Feel into and experience the yogic practice as one that has the capacity to lift and shift energy.

Integrative & Creative Sequencing: Learn how to create safe effective and embodied classes that are accessible to all practitioner levels.

PRANAYAMA
Breathwork, Kundalini Kriya & Tantra

Pranayama: Understand the power of Breathwork to change the body’s biological chemistry and energy field.

Kundalini Kriya: Be initiated into Kriya techniques designed to create deep clearing, cleansing and transformation.

Tantra: Initiation into sacred Tantric practice of consecration.

MEDITATION
Ritual, Mantra & Mudras

Ritual: Create ritual in your daily life and learn cleansing & clearing practices.

Mantra: Explore how to use mantra to shift your vibration, clear your voice and connect you to the ancient lineage of the yogic teachings.

Mudras: Learn to feel and understand different Mudras used by ancient yogis.

Connect to the ancient oral tradition of teacher to student wisdom that is thousands of years old.
Discover the ancient wisdom of yoga and understand where the modern yoga class comes from and the secret history of Hatha and Tantra.

THE YOGA BODY
Anatomy, Ayurveda & Understanding primacy of energy

Anatomy: Understand the human body in relation to yoga practice. Become aware of the link between the physical Western concept of the body and the Eastern energetic concept of the body.

Ayurveda: An introduction into Ayurvedic wisdom and how these principles can be woven into yoga practice.

The Energy Body: Uncover the tantric energetic centres called the chakras. Learn to experience your body from the lens of the ancient yogis through embodiment practices.

Build your confidence & find your voice

Learn to confidently teach from your own distinctive voice and personal expression. Through interactive workshops and practice teaching you will leave this training feeling empowered and prepared to share these sacred teachings with your future students.

Sian Pascale

Lead Teacher & E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher

Sian Pascale is a Yoga, Pranayama, Kundalini Kriya & Meditation Teacher. Sian teaches yoga in a way that is energetic, alchemical, intuitive and highly feminine. Her teachings draw from India where she lived and trained for several years, learning through the Hatha, Ashtanga, Himalayan Kundalini and Tantric lineages. For over 20 years Sian has been dedicated to the yogic path as a student and teacher. This deep integration has allowed her to merge ancient teachings into a modern language that everyone can access.

Sophie Ducommun

Support Trainer - RYT200hr

Sophie Ducommun is a Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation teacher. Her teachings are deeply intuitive and layered with Mantra, Pranayama and Kriya. She has a deep understanding of human movement from her studies in health science and working in the health & fitness industry for the last 4 years. Her desire is to connect students to their bodies by deepening their understanding of anatomy and energetics. Sophie has been practicing yoga for the last 8 years and is a devoted student to these ancient teachings.

 

Casey Vissenjoux

Support Trainer - RYT200hr

Casey Vissenjoux is a Yoga, Breath and Meditation Teacher. After dedicating herself to the yogic path for many years she went on to complete a certified 200hr YTT and started teaching right away. Trained in Hatha, Vinyasa & Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Kundalini Kriya and Meditation, Casey’s teachings are layered and accessible to all who are open to receiving the teachings of yoga. She focuses on creating experiences for students which allow them to drop into their physical body and connect with themselves in a way which brings them back home.

Ruby Wall

Support Teacher - RYT200hr

Ruby Wall is a yoga, breath work and meditation teacher trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Pranyama, Kundalini Kriya and Meditation. Ruby draws on her own personal experience of the sacred teachings to support students in their yoga practice, with a deep desire for her students to feel held and connected to their bodies. Ruby has been teaching since she completed her 200hr YTT in 2019 across several studios in Melbourne. It is also very important and valuable to Ruby to maintain her own yoga practice in studios to stay connected to the community.
