Suriya Namaskar B comes from the Traditional Ashtanga Primary Series by Pattabhi Jois. This series usually comes directly after practicing Suriyar Namaskar A. There is an intensity to this practice, it builds the fire so ensure you work with Ujjaiyi breath to keep the movements and breath linked - this is the practice of vinyasa. Suriyar Namaskar B is a great practice to create focus, heat and strength through your body.
