Learn how to safely open your hips and legs to work towards full splits, or Hanumanasana! In this mini workshop, Sian will lead you through fun exercises to help boost your flexibility and explore deeper variations of the pose.

Remember, yoga isn’t just about flexibility or nailing peak poses, but this workshop is a great chance to challenge yourself a little in your practice!
