This is Slow Down, Reset Yin, a practice that is great for when you are feeling burnt out, really busy, and simply overwhelmed. We will be working with one of the fundamental principles of yin yoga, which is about holding the posture for some time.

Once we have arrived at our edge and become still, the last primary ingredient in the yin equation is to stay there. We aren’t forcing our bodies to create change; we surrender to the pose by giving it time. This is why the yin practice is powerful.
