Seated Morning Stretch for Pregnancy

This was Sian's preferred morning practice during the last 2 trimesters.

Join her for a 20 minute practice of simple gentle movements to support the joints, hips, and spine. This is followed by a ten minute guided breath and baby meditation that can be done lying or seated. A great simple practice that is very effective for all pregnant women!
