This practice is a beautiful one for the early phases of your pregnancy, before you really start to sense changes in the body and hormones. It helps the practitioner connect and send love to the unborn child, clear worry and bring a sacredness to this process.

It connects two meditation practices- one for the heart and womb and the Buddhist White light grey smoke meditation.
