This suggests that Yoga Nidra may not only calm the mind but also enhance cognitive function and emotional well-being. During Yoga Nidra, the brain shifts from the active Beta state to the relaxed Alpha and Theta states, which are associated with deep relaxation and meditation. This shift in brain activity also activates the nervous system automatically.
