Pregnancy Breath for Throat Womb Connection
Breath with Sian
10 min · pregnancy - soften - release
This light hearted breath practice can be done on the regular especially for those in the final weeks of pregnancy, as there is a focus on relaxing and releasing around the womb to prepare for birth.
By working with specific breath practices we can soften through the throat and also through the cervix and womb. The connection between your throat and voice to the womb and cervix is one that has been understood by midwives and doulas for thousands of years. It has also now recently been researched within Western medicine.
This class works specifically to begin to soften and release these areas, as well as to energetically release any worries or anxieties you might be experiencing. Sian also mentions Midwife Bernadette as someone who inspired this class.
