Breathwork is such a key aspect of the way The Light Collective teaches yoga and what we want to spread out to the world! Students who love breathwork often want to know more about:

  • What your body's physiology and breathing

  • How our emotions are connected to our breath

  • What is prana and how breath is connected to our subtle energy body

Working with the breath is such a powerful way to shift your energy, this workshop gives you a little insight into how you can start to change the way you breathe to create a sense of well-being.
