Uplift and awaken in the morning with this short breathwork practice. A great one to do first thing, with a pumping playlist to get you feeling excited for the day! Sian also finds herself doing this on her morning beach walks, it’s great to do when you are out in nature or anywhere you want to draw life force but can’t sit down.
