Introduction to Breathwork Day 3

Connecting breath with prana - 30 mins

 

We start to go to a little deeper into the breath by connecting the breath with prana. In this session we will explore pranayama as the practice of cultivating energy and feeling into the energetic body.

Learn what pranayama means in terms of the yogic philosophy and the different ways in which we can cultivate prana and why we want to access greater levels of prana within our bodies.

You will also be introduced to the energy body, pranamaya kosha and the ideas and philosophy around this subtle aspect of our being.
