Introduction to Breathwork Day 2
Felt experience of the breath - 30 mins
In this second session we will explore the difference between oxygen and breath and the qualities of the breath. You will learn how to begin to tap into the felt experience of your own breath and how the breath moves the body.
We will also touch on the stress response of the body and how your breathing is affected in these situations.
The breath is the gateway to shifting your energy and your consciousness, learn how having flexibility in the way you breathe can help you feel more in control of your emotions and your own mental state.
