Foundations of Yin
In this practice, Sian teaches the first fundamental principle of yin, which is: listening to your body, finding your personal edge, and accepting your body where it is in this moment. She invites you to lovingly bring your body into each of the postures with a different kind of awareness. This is all followed by a short guided savasana meditation. So take the time to drop your expectations and let your body guide you.
