This evening practice will guide you through healing mantra, pranayama and a meditation to help bring you into sleepy vibes and wind-down your body and your mind. It’s a seated practice but feel free to move and stretch whenever you need.

Something to lie or sit on
Comfy clothes
A bloster or cushion
Blankets to stay warm
