Soph slowly builds the steady power of this practice, so that your motivation amps up with each posture. Enjoy the slow start, or skip ahead to 8min in to dive straight into the movement. You can expect a warrior sequence that gradually progresses flow by flow, to stretch and strengthen your body first thing.
