Week 2

Heart as healer

Congratulations making it to week two!

We hope you are starting to feel the benefits of a daily practice and have already begun to notice the subtle, but powerful shifts that come out of a Sadhana.

This week we will be working with the heart as the healer. The nadis, or energy channels from the heart extend out of the heart centre, down through the arms and into the palms of the hands - this is way we sometimes refer to ‘healing hands!’ This weeks Sadhana will allow you to start to access the healing power of the heart through mantra and meditation. Begin to unlock your own healing potential.

  • The Morning Mantra for Healing Practice

  • The Heart Meditation
