Each night offers a different a of movement, pranayama, mantra, and meditation. Give yourself the gift of deep rest and calm, and allow your body to drop into the deepest states of sleep.
Your Daily Practice
NIGHT 1 - EVENING WIND-DOWN PRACTICE

This complete evening meditation practice will guide you through mantra, pranayama and a gentle yin posture before moving into meditation and yoga Nidra - the perfect way to unwind from your day!
NIGHT 2 - HEAL & RESTORE FOR SLEEP
30 min
This practice will guide you through the Medicine Buddha Mantra and gentle pranayama to rebalance the body before leading into a cleansing meditation.
NIGHT 3 - SLEEPY CANDLE-LIT YIN
30 min
This deeply relaxing practice is designed to release you from your day and bring complete relaxation and release to the body and mind after a long day. Perfect practice to do before bed!
NIGHT 4 - NIGHT-TIME BREATH & NIDRA
30 min
Work your way through some very gentle pranayama to draw the body and mind into softness before dropping into a Nidra practice - a journey that allows for you to connect with your healing guides.
NIGHT 5 - SLEEPY STRETCH & REST
30 min
Move through very gentle slow flow to softly open through the shoulders and heart space before working through cleansing pranayama to release from your day. Finishing the practice with a clearing and protective meditation.

The perfect practice to cleanse the energetic body at the end of the day. This class will guide you through cleansing pranayama and meditation, moving into Trataka to cleanse and focus the mind.
