This 5-Day Program is suitable for all levels.
If you’re pregnant, all we ask is that you listen to your body and make adjustments to suit your needs and each trimester. We also have a pregnancy guideline available to you in the Online Studio if you’re needing extra support.

We recommend getting your own Yoga mat and having a block/ cushion/ yoga bolster for meditation. You’ll want to wear light comfy stretchy clothing.

This challenge isn’t about high intensity yoga strength, it’s for people who want to wind-down, relax and practice a more soulful yoga. If this sounds appealing then it is suitable! For those who have never practiced before, you might also like to try our beginners classes as a support.
